Course Description:

This is a two-day course.

Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) is a course which teaches how to create a process rather than redesign an existing one. DFSS covers the full life cycle of any new product, right from the organization's agreement on development, to the stage of full commercial delivery of the product. A 5‐step methodology is taught to help develop new processes or products.
